HOLDING ON & LETTING GO

HOLDING ON & LETTING GO is a Grief and Loss Seminar.

Grief and loss are part of life. There are many different faces of loss. Grieving is a complex process which is unique to each individual; however, regardless of the type of grief (loss of person, marriage, pet, job, lifestyle, health, etc.) there are common factors which run through all grief experiences.

This seminar offers an opportunity to talk about grief, own our experiences, examine our grief issues, explore healthy coping methods and consciously tend to our bodies, minds, and spirits. GRIEVING MEANS LEARNING TO HOLD ON WHILE WE ARE LEARNING TO LET GO.

In A GRIEF OBSERVED, C.S. Lewis writes: "The more we love, the more we are hurt when we lose the object of our love. But if we are honest with ourselves, would we have it any other way?"
